At the end of the year “Project CARS 2” will be released. As the developers of the Slightly Mad Studios announced, they will take no consideration on the implementation for the PS4 Pro when working on the Xbox Scorpio version.
As the Slightly Mad Studios developers recently confirmed, the upcoming racing game “Project CARS 2” will also be optimized for the PlayStation 4 Pro and the Xbox Scorpio.
The studio has left open the details of which features and optimizations the owners of the two upgrade consoles can look forward to in detail, but assured in the course of a current statement that the respective strengths of the two systems should be used.
This means in practice that the work on the implementation for the Xbox Scorpio does not take any consideration on the PlayStation 4 Pro. According to Andy Tudor, the Creative Director behind “Project CARS 2,” there is no reason why the developers should set the smallest possible naming.
If you were to be able to realize a higher native resolution or more detail on the Xbox Scorpio, then you will do so. As the work on “Project CARS 2” has not yet progressed, however, it remains to be seen which exclusive features the Xbox Scorpio version will offer in direct comparison with their PlayStation 4 Pro counterpart.
“Project CARS 2” will be released for the PC, the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 at the end of the year.
