After the release of “Pokémon Ultrasun” and “Pokémon Ultramoon” the developers of GameFreak are now working on the Nintendo Switch offshoot. Fresh rumors suggest that the next part could become revolutionary.
For about 20 years, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company and GameFreak have been regularly launching new “Pokémon” games. Last Friday, the latest offshoots “Pokémon Ultrasun” and “Pokémon Ultramoon” were released for the Nintendo 3DS. The next part is being developed for the Nintendo Switch, so for the first time a main barrel of the RP series will appear on the more powerful home console.
There are rumors going around that the next “Pokémon” part could bring revolutionary changes to the series. After “The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild” was received very well despite the extensive innovations and also “Super Mario Odyssey” is very successful, Game Freak seems to take a little more risk.
