This week the developers of Niantic introduced a new update to “Pokémon Go”. According to current reports, the players continue to struggle with the raids with connection errors. In addition, uncontrolled crashes of the app are mentioned.
In the course of the week, the developers of Niantic provided another update to the mobile Monster Hatz “Pokémon Go”, which raised the app on iOS to the version 1.47.1.
On Android, however, the patch is named 0.77.1. According to own data the developers of Niantic with the latest updates took various errors. Above all, the network problems and disconnections that the players had to deal with in the raids should be a thing of the past with the latest update.
However, this is not the case. Instead, a corresponding thread on Reddit shows that the players in the raids continue to struggle with connection breaks. In addition, “Pokémon Go” has to deal with uncontrolled crashes as long as the players interact with an arena.
Sometimes the app will crash two or three times while trying to conquer an arena. An error that is confirmed by several players in the thread. Currently, the affected players wonder whether it is possible to fix this error with an update or whether it is a server-side problem.
The developers of Niantic themselves did not want to comment on the whole so far.
