In “Inner Voices”, we roam the purgatory as John Blake. Only one inner voice leads us through the rooms with tricky puzzles. The publication date is now known.
As the manufacturer Fat Dog Games, the first-person horror adventure “Inner Voices” will be available via Steam on May 10, next Wednesday. The PC Extender comes with a semi-random gameplay, as every game is offered a selection of rooms from a pool of 50 pieces that can be explored.
The difficulty level varies with each of the puzzles, which must be solved in the rooms. According to the manufacturer, the story should be full of twists and the decisions you make in the course of the game can lead to five different ends. The “unique, dark atmosphere” is inspired by writer icons such as H. P. Lovecraft, Edgar Allan Poe, and Stephen King.
“Inner Voices” puts us in the skin of John Blake. He wakes up in purgatory without any memory. Only an inner voice leads him through this agonizing realm. The virtual reality support is also to be offered. Until now, however, it is still clear which systems are being operated precisely. A slightly older trailer, which can be seen below, presents the gameplay.
