For “For Honor“, two more updates are released today that will make changes to the game version 1.03. The respective changelogs betray what will improve in detail.
Ubisoft has announced that “For Honor” is today equipped with a PC-specific hotfix and a live update for all platforms. To this end, the title will be sent to a maintenance phase around 2pm, which will last approximately 45 minutes. During this period “For Honor” will obviously not be playable.
With the live update, Ubisoft is dedicated to balancing. In this context, the simultaneous guard break will be countered again in the future. In addition, the live update for the version 1.03 of “For Honor” will make changes to various lines like Warlord, Valkyrie, Conqueror, Kensei and Shugoki.
For the PC players in “For Honor” Ubisoft also publishes a technical hotfix, which assumes among other things a memory leak. Also to this update you find below the corresponding patch notes. V1.03 – LiveUpdate 1 (All platforms):
All Heroes: Simultaneous Guard Break attempts will push back both players. Subsequent simultaneous guard break attempts will not connect.
Warlord: Full Block Stance. The fullblock stance has been delayed from instantaneous activation to a 200ms delay after the input. This will also fix some replication bugs.
Valkyrie: Shield Tackle Fullblock Valkyrie: Shield Tackle Full Block The Shield Tackle Full Block property has been delayed for a while. This will also fix some replication bugs.
Conqueror: To fix some replication Bugs, the Heavy Attack Interrupt Block animation has been delayed.
Kensei: Fixed a bug that caused Unblockable. This was never meant to work like that.
Shugoki: Fixed a bug on Charged Heavy attack hitting twice and being un-parryable when releasing the lock during the attack. This was never meant to work like that.
V1.03 – PC Hotfix 1 (PC):
Players with Intel Integrated Graphics below the minimum specification can now proceed.
As requested by the community, the post-match screen “QUIT TO DESKTOP” option has been removed.
A memory leak happening underspecific circumstances with UPnP has been fixed.
Improved AFK detection.
