Square Enix officials said they will release a new patch for “Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age” later this morning, bringing back the “Sky Pirate’s Den” feature.
Square Enix has announced that it will release a new update to the role-playing game “Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age” shortly. Among other things, the developers will integrate the “Sky Pirate’s Den” feature into the Remaster with the latest software version 1.04, which will be released on the 22nd of November 2017 for the PlayStation 4.
The “Sky Pirate’s Den” is a title system that had already been included in the original version of “Final Fantasy XII”. By playing the game and fulfilling certain conditions that players will not see until completion, you can unlock sprites for different characters, monsters and other items. These are sent to the hideout that can be entered through the menu. For each sprite who appears in hiding, the player receives a title and the condition for the sprite.
In addition, Square Enix announced that they will release a free “Eruyt Village” PlayStation 4 theme in the Japanese PlayStation Store later today. Whether the theme will appear in Europe is not yet known.
