In the crucible of the online shooter “Destiny 2” an exotic weapon creates chaos. The Prometheus lens was brought into play with “Curse of Osiris” and should be too strong in PvP.
With “Curse of the Osiris” Activision and Bungie have released a new expansion for the online shooter “Destiny 2” and thus, in addition to another story, new missions and a Raid Lair also brought some new weapons into the game. One of these new weapons is currently causing some resentment in the Crucible.
Because the exotic weapon “Prometheus lens” is exaggerated strong according to numerous players. The track rifle is currently the game balance in PvP mess up so that you have almost no chance, if you do not use the weapon itself. In the PvE the weapon should be satisfactory. Via Twitter, Bungie has also commented on the Prometheus lens, stressing that the weapon was delivered with a bug that will be addressed in the weekly report.
Many players compare the track rifle with the Vex Mythoclast, which in the first part of the online shooter also caused chaos and was then weakened by the developers. If you want to own the Prometheus lens, you have to be lucky with the exotic engrams. These should apparently be able to farm in the heroic, public event on the Mercury.
