Apparently a mini version of the Super Nintendo is already in work. Internal sources against Eurogamer should be confirmed.
In the past few weeks, the rumor has always been that Nintendo will shortly and shortly take the work on a mini-version of the Super Nintendo.
After the rumors came back a little, Nintendo recently caused the confusion with the official announcement that the production of the successful NES mini will be discontinued both in Japan and in the West. It appears, however, that the production stop has a good reason.
Super Nintendo Mini: Is the system already in work?
Eurogamer’s colleagues report that the Super Nintendo Mini is already in work and the reason for this is that Nintendo discontinued the production and distribution of the NES Mini.
Apart from the fact that the Super Nintendo Mini is to be released for Christmas, so far no details have been mentioned, but it can be safely assumed that the Super Nintendo Mini or SNES Mini will include the best known classics of the system – among them “Super Mario World” or “The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past”.
Nintendo itself did not want to comment the rumors around the SNES mini so far.
