Electronic Arts and DICE want to offer the first-person shooter “Star Wars Battlefront 2” much more game depth than in the first part. This aspect is ultimately also the main focus of the development.
In the year 2015 Electronic Arts and DICE brought the multiplayer shooter “Star Wars Battlefront” to the consoles and the PC. However, many players had criticized that no single-player campaign was offered. In addition, a lack of depth in the multiplayer was criticized. But the developers want to move on all fronts this time.
For DICE also felt that the first part did not have enough playing depth to offer. That’s why you want to focus on playing depth, so players can expect character classes. In a recent interview with PlayStation Lifestyle creative director Bernd Diemer came to the topic.
“At the Gamplay, we were sure, we have the core gameplay … we hit the nail on the head. There are some things we want to improve and build on, but the main thing we want to add is the Depth, “said Diemer. You would like to give the players more reasons to play the game in the long run as well as to test different heroes and troopers. In addition, there will be more variation possibilities in the Teamplay, so you can now also set up your own Squads.
“Star Wars Battlefront 2” will be released on November 17, 2017 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the PC.
