Sometimes the troubles in technological products are so punctual that they can cause people to lose their lives or their goods. The Samsung Galaxy Note 7, which has been featured with interesting features but overheated, burning and even exploding due to a problem in the battery, has been recalled by the company to ensure user safety. It seems that something bigger is planned for users who do not want to give their phone.
Samsung has decided to make all Galaxy Note 7 phones in the United States unusable with a new update in the direction of its user-centric policy. This update, which will destroy the phone’s mobile capabilities and make it unchargable, will be available on December 19, 2016 and will be distributed by all major GSM companies within 30 days. We call all major GSM companies, but Verizon, one of the biggest ones, decides not to distribute this update.
Samsung says they are in business with the United States Consumer Products Safety Commission and that these phones pose a security risk. If you live in the United States and you are using Galaxy Note 7, we recommend you join the exchange program and change your phone.
