In order to maintain the interest of the players in the long run, the Bluehole Studios are currently preparing to release the extensive September update.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds: Next update adds fog
This will appear in the course of the month and according to official data among other things bring the fog with it. This is not only to visually loosen up the maps, but also to create a fresh, fresh wind by making snipers’ lives difficult.
Too often, however, the fog will not occur, as the Bluehole Studios decided to put a low probability here. This is temporarily raised on the test servers to allow players and developers to test the new feature in detail.
On the live server, the probability is then lowered again.
