Nintendo has the Nintendo switch online app on iOS and Android a new update missed and some annoying aspects of the app revised. The patchnotes reveal the concrete changes.
Last month, Nintendo released the Nintendo Switch online app for iOS and Android on time for the launch of the colorful shooter “Splatoon 2”. However, there were some aspects which were not received very positively by the users.
To use the app and the associated voice chat, you could not use any other apps. In addition, the screen of the smartphone had to be connected at the same time, which left the benefits due to the energy consumption to be desired. Today, however, a new update for the online app has been published.
With the patch 1.1.0 you tackled some of the mentioned problems and offered some improvements. Among other things you can use other apps and also use the standby mode. In addition, some further adjustments have been made. The most important changes can be found in the official patchnotes.
