After Sony Interactive Entertainment had neglected European games last year, the publisher could celebrate a return to Gamescom or the Paris Games Week this year.
In 2015, Sony Interactive Entertainment decided not to hold a press conference at Gamescom. Instead, only two months later the latest games like “Gran Turismo Sport” or “Detroit: Become Human” were unveiled at the Paris Games Week. Last year the publisher had jumped both Gamescom and the Paris Gamesweek and only presented new titles to the PlayStation Experience in December. How will Sony Interactive Entertainment behave this year?
“We’re just watching this very closely. We did not make a European show last year,” Ryan said. “We had a very deliberate decision to put the content into the E3 last year, and without giving up on anything – since I hate to do something like that – it would be nice to do something in Europe this year Very carefully. ”
So Ryan has not confirmed a press conference at the Gamescom next August or the Paris Games Week in October, but at least the possibility seems to exist again.
