A few hours before the official revelation of “Destiny 2” this evening, the first supposed details came to the technical realization. From the official side they have not been commented yet.
In the course of this evening Activision and the developers of Bungie will finally officially reveal the online multiplayer shooter “Destiny 2”.
In Europe the corresponding live stream will start at 7pm. As is often the case with the announcement of big titles, the first details reached us in the run-up to the official “Destiny 2” coverage. These were put into circulation by NeoGAF-user “ThatsMytrunks”, which according to own data refers to several involved sources.
Destiny 2: First technical details leaked?
Amongst other things, “ThatsMytrunks” would like to know that “Destiny 2” is represented on all three platforms with 60 pictures the second. In addition, “Destiny 2” is optimized for the Xbox Scorpio, the PlayStation Pro and another unspecified PlayStation 4 model. In addition, we may look forward to other PS4-exclusive content.
While on the PC and the PlayStation 4 cross-platform games are enabled, Microsoft should have decided to prevent an implementation of this feature on the Xbox One. The reasons for this decision were not mentioned. Finally, it is pointed out that a multi-platform mode is not supported on any of the three systems.
Whether the statements of “ThatsMytrunks” correspond to the facts, we learn at the latest tonight.
