The first-person shooter “Call of Duty WWII”, released by Sledgehammer Games in November, will also feature a zombies campaign. According to current statements, this is also to be based on real events.
Activision and the relevant developers of Sledgehammer Games will also have a zombies campaign in the latest first-person shooter “Call of Duty WWII” alongside a single-player campaign and the obligatory multiplayer.
It is well-known that in the single-player campaign, the developers want to put on historical events of the Second World War, so that the Normandy land, the Ardennes offensive and some other important battles are recreated in the game. However, Sledgehammer head Glen Schofield in the current issue of the EDGE magazine has betrayed that the zombies campaign should include some “really authentic things” as well as “based on real events”.
Since zombies are obviously not a reality, at least the battlefields and some sequences of the story seem to be based on the historical events. Ultimately, one can be surprised what Sledgehammer Games will have in store when “Call of Duty: WWII” will be released on November 3, 2017 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the PC.
