Last night, Electronic Arts and DICE announced that they would release a new card for the first-person shooter “Battlefield 1” in June. The “Nivelle-Nights” card is to be made available to all premium users and the players will be sent to the Battle of the Aisne, which began on 16 April 1917 at the Chemin des Dames.
Now the developers have the community test servers on the PC already equipped with the new multiplayer card. So now we get some new pictures as well as a first gameplay video. They already give another look at the latest map, which will give the players a dramatic highlight of the Nivelle offensive. The French troops had launched a major attack on the Chemin des Dames, which was considered to be impregnable. The German troops had defiantly defended the Ladies’ Way, which is why the battle entered the story as a bloodbath.
