With “Anthem”, BioWare’s Rolling-Edge experts announced a completely new brand for the PC, the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 at this year’s E3.
In a recent interview, BioWares General Manager, Aaryn Flynn, went back to the studio’s new project, including “Anthem“. “This is the story of being a man and a member of the group of freelancers, protecting humanity on a distant alien planet.”
Anthem: Scientific aspects play a subordinate role
In addition, Flynn notes that scientific aspects played a minor role in the creation of the game world. Instead, BioWare was solely about delivering the most entertaining title possible. Flynn continues, “We call the genre science fiction, it’s similar to the Star Wars or Marvel universe, you get a lot of fantastic things, but you’re not very concerned about why or how they happen. ”
“Mass Effect is more a hardcore sci-fi brand, but Anthem is just about having fun in a world that is lush and exotic and really takes you along,” the game tells the world Of “Anthem”.
